The RexxIPC library is designed to supply basic Inter Process Communication capabilities for Rexx programs.  This is accomplished by supplying a near one-to-one API to the Named Pipe, Event Semaphore and Mutex Semaphore OS/2 system services.

This software is distributed as compressed package. You have to download and manually install it; if prerequisites are required, you will have to manually install them too.
