Mup (Musical Publisher)

This is the latest version of mup, the music publishing software from arkkra enterprises (www.arkkra.com). The guys at arkkra made us all a great favor giving this software open source and free of charge, so I decided to keep up with OS/2 porting with this latest release. For more information about mup and how to use it, please navigate the share\ subdirectory of this tree to find HTML and MAN files. This distribution does not contain the sources: I removed the source code of some of the original utilities, most notably mupdisp and mupprnt, which are basically useless since (almost?) every OS/2 user has a working Ghostscript installed and thus can work with PS files. Also, mupmate is not included here since it uses FLTK and X11, so I'll try ASAP to create an OS/2 version working with REXX and DrDialog or GPF Rexx (hope I'll find the time).
