Libspectrum (Sinclair ZX Spectrum support library)

Here's the latest OS/2 - ArcaOS port of libspectrum, the ZX Spectrum emulation library from the FUSE project (https://sourceforge.net/projects/fuse-emulator/) This version contains all the libspectrum features, plus support for zlib2, gzip and libaudiofile thanks to my libaudiofile port. For more informations, check the MAN file in share/man/man3 (or directly calling man libspectrum via an OS/2 command line). # Some details Porting libspectrum was almost straightforward. After installing all the needed libraries, though, I had to install libaudiofile and then tweak (a lot) the standard configure script. This because it requires an old configuration file for libaudiofile, which is not included anymore. So I just decided to remove all the configure lines referring that file and hardwired the statements to include libaudiofile. Make and Make install completed the job.
